Below is a listing of our network of dedicated individuals that are willing to help you with your butterfly first aid dilemma. If they cannot assist you they will refer you to someone else that may live closer to your area. If the person you are referred to is not on the official list do not worry. Your local president is familiar with many butterfly experts and insect professionals. They will know who could serve your needs the best. Before you do contact one of the Butterfly Rescue International presidents please view our resources as you might find what you need to help your butterfly or moth. You may prefer to deliver or overnight your butterfly to a president or one of their suggested localized experts. Please keep in mind that if you live in the United States it is unlawful to send any butterfly across a state line without the proper USDA permits to do so. You must also keep in mind that the average butterfly usually lives for only two weeks as an adult. So a butterfly that may seem injured to you may just be near the end of its natural life. That does not mean you should not make it comfortable in its final days.
